Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing art over 2,500 years old with traditional roots in ancient Tibet. Reiki energy helps clear energy pathways in the body to restore harmony and balance to the body/mind/spriit. Reiki energy sessions promote a state of deep relaxation and revitalize the whole person. The practitioner gently applies hands-on energy in sessions which last about an hour. The many benefits of Reiki include: stress reduction, relaxation, increased energy, support of the body's natural healing system, and enhanced feelings of peace and well-being.

Joseph Polansky noted Astrologer, describes Lisa Wray's Metaphysical Art as "a meditation in pictures, colors, shapes and forms. The whole effect engages both the mind and the heart and lifts us into another level. Many of her works are of the mandala style -- hieroglyphs of wholeness -- nature forms seen in a new way. But many are reminiscent of Dali and his surrealism -- we are in another space, where nature forms and human forms coexist and tell a dream like story."

Lisa's art is inspired by her spiritual journey: her goal is to inspire you, as she has been inspired by others throughout the ages.
