Very early in his life, Mohandas K. Gandhi began to appreciate the universality of religion. He described religions as highways leading to the same destination. As a mark of his respect for all religions and for all human beings, he integrated the prayers and hymns of different faiths into his daily prayers. Not only did he observe this respect for all religions, but he influenced millions in India to do the same. All of the following passages have the underlying theme of Peace.
Joseph Polansky noted Astrologer, describes Lisa Wray's Metaphysical Art as "a meditation in pictures, colors, shapes and forms. The whole effect engages both the mind and the heart and lifts us into another level. Many of her works are of the mandala style -- hieroglyphs of wholeness -- nature forms seen in a new way. But many are reminiscent of Dali and his surrealism -- we are in another space, where nature forms and human forms coexist and tell a dream like story."
Lisa's art is inspired by her spiritual journey: her goal is to inspire you, as she has been inspired by others throughout the ages.
